Please continue the discussion here. Brainstorm. Keep pushing that idea of how to get people to experience creativity in their daily lives. Keep the discussion going here...
Our performance of inspiring people to be creative in their daily lives/think beyond their school life could be as simple holding up signs with words inspiring creativity or going up to them, dressed in a thought provoking way and uttering a word or phrase that inspires creative thinking or a break from their school-centered routine. "whats your favorite color" - (colors inspire different emotions), "what would you rather be doing?" - (gets em thinking of what theyre passionate about), "what did you want to be when you grew up?" - (reevaluating goals/reflecting on their past/present/future). And/or silly things like words from popular songs or movies or relevant topics. Anything that would break their train of thought... What do you guys think?
This reminds me of a guy on campus who hung a cardboard on his chest that says "free hugs", and gave hugs to random people. It was a sweet gesture and it made me think about his random act of kindness that day.

ReplyDeleteI like where this is going! Great idea, Claudia!
ReplyDeleteWhy don't the rest of you start thinking of what to write on the signs...
